The caldera can be seen from the stone-paved streets of Oia, among the white walls and blue domes. You'll taste the wine from ancient vineyards and traditional local dishes. A bit of culture with the Byzantine church of Panagia Episkopi and, finally, a visit to Fira with a view of the volcano engulfed by the sea.

- Board our launch from alongside the ship to reach Athinios harbor on Santorini. Your adventure starts here with our guide, visiting the village of Oia with its windmills. Getting lost in the maze of narrow streets is the best thing to do.
- Before you sit the islands of Folegandros and Sikinos and also the caldera, the now spent submerged volcano. Don't forget to take a picture.
- After admiring the view from the Ammoundi and Armeni beaches, it's time to get some food. A simple but equally tasty snack of bread, cheese, tomatoes and olives is just the thing, accompanied by a glass of Nykteri**, an excellent wine made with the rare Assyrtiko grape.
- Lunch follows in a typical taverna, where you'll enjoy tzatziki and souvlaki.
- After lunch, it's off to Panagia Episkopi: the oldest Byzantine church on the island. Virtually everything has happened here: pirate raids, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and even a fire in 1915.
- Finally a little free time in Fira, an ancient harbor and fishing village.
