What we will do
We leave the port behind us on a comfortable van headed to Pasir Tengkorark.
After a short safety briefing, we get ready to set off on a walk through the Langkawi rainforest and have the opportunity of exploring nature on this part of the island.
Our nature guide leads us to discover the tropical flora and fauna we could encounter: in fact, Langkawi boasts over 400 tree species some of which reach up to 70 metres, mangroves and reed beds that create an ideal ecosystem for an endless variety of birds and monkeys.
Invigorated by this walk in the forest and amazed by its biodiversity, we return to Pasir Tengkorak and from there to the port and the ship.
